im sick of people focusing on a problem or two of a company andlabelling them as sucking and overlooking all the good things they do.

UPS has a great tracking system, it is reletively cheep to send through them, and they are very speedy, often delivering before they say they will. mistakes happen and just cause they lost a package doesnt mean they suck.. sheesh.

I agree, if you have a beef with a company, at least have one for a legitimate reason. if the UPS guy comes over and poops on your lawn, then maybe there's cause for concern.

well i lost one package with them. friend of mine works with them.. oh man i hear what they do with hot topic materail.. so well. the company doesn't suck. just the bad seeds in the company suck. like the people at blockbuster. i'm a decent worker. but damn their are some lazy people who don't know a VHS tape from a beta tape.

UPS is good and bad like most things in life.
They are bad when my Saturday delivery arrives on Monday with a big Red Saturday Sticker on it that cost me extra $$.

They are good when the woman that delivers to my house always leaves a dog treat on the package for our schnauzer. He looks at it on the porch all day through the window until we get home.

The big negative of UPS is their ground service is very slow. It's usually cheaper and much faster to ship US Priority mail. From experience the Next Day mail can be very unreliable. I had one next day package that took 4 days to get to the destination. Fed Ex is a far superior, but more expensive shipping company. UPS is responsible for my paycheck, so I am biting the hand that feeds me, but what I am saying is the truth. UPS has a lot of room for improvement.

One of my sister's friends will be starting college there in the fall, heh.

Maybe that horrible woman is just being cruel to your dog. Or maybe she's hoping some stray mutt will happen along, eat the cookie, eat the package, and take a nice UPS crap on your porchswing. Those brown shirts are the uniform of THE DEVIL!

Their cars and uniforms are really nice!
