I left negative feedback because I never received the item I ordered from this one particular person (about 2 weeks ago). In a moment of weakness I went back to this website, and looked at this guy's feedbacks. Mine is not there!

Some creative censorship by Half to keep this seller? Has anyone else left negative feedback - if so can you go back and still see it there?

MAN! Half really pissses me off!

Half.com seems to do everything it can to keep fraud high on their site. If ignoring everyone's complaints was not enough, now they are deleted negative feedback. What a crappy online company.

Let us know who the seller is so we won't make the same mistake.

I bought a DVD from closeoutvideo and they shipped me a used and scratched badly DVD intead of "Like New, Factory Sealed" as described.

still waiting on a closeoutvideo shippment as well.... avoid if you want the disc fast. Otherwise no problems with half.com

Here is a USPS horror story:
I ordered a movie that was shipped on may 30th and it arrived yesterday july 28th...

I had left negative feedback on the seller and when I went back to post it was not the sellers fault, my negative feeback was gone..

tawright contacted me and promissed they will do things right. I am going to contact closeoutvideo's customer service next week and let you guys know the result.

The order that I never received was from "panther1128". It happened to be a book, not a DVD (I ordered a combo of both to get three items/free shipping).

Either way, I'm still disgusted with Half and their half-asssed way of attending to the problem, then the convenient loss of my remark.

I received an email from Gina at closeoutvideo.com saying they are sending me a brand new copy to replace the bad copy I got before. I'm now a happy customer again :-)

actually, I just posted great feedback on one of my transactions. I went back to see if it was posted and I notice that they guy had a TON of negatives from the past couple of weeks (all after my order had been placed). Before that, he had hundreds of 5/5s. And he still has tons of 5/5s coming...but there still are lots of negatives there too...so I don't think they are censoring the negatives.
