Amazon Prime One Day ship now $3.99 PER ITEM!?

Title says it all. I went to order 2 movies I wanted by Mon and instead of paying $3.99 for the order they wanted $7.98. If that's true, it certainly isn't the terms I signed up with. Anybody know when this change took place?
