His comment about deleting other comments doesn't sound good for people trying to get refunds.

Not from them. I did a charge back with my CC. Michael Scott ignored my e-mails. Those crooks were trying to get away with as much money as possible.

EDIT: the douche removed my comments from facebook and blocked me from leaving comments. Someone else is asking where are their orders from february. I'm sure that will be deleted soon.

I believe he is only trying to legitimately fix the underlying issues with his ex-site. he also has two different email addresses that he used

If you only contacted one out of the two, I recommend trying to contact the other. I doubt his intent is to bamboozle you (or anyone else) out of money.
