Broken hub on Blu Ray from Best Buy

I recently purchased a 2-DVD edition on Blu Ray at Best Buy. After I opened it I noticed one of the discs was loose on a broken hub. I live out of town (50 miles) away and wonder if they will exchange it or perhaps give me a new Blu Ray case? I haven't played either discs yet but fortunately they look OK.

Also does any one make replacement Blu Ray cases to sale?

www.sleevetown.com sells replacement Blu-Ray cases. Also Ebay is a good place to check.

As for getting a new copy with a receipt, it shouldn't be a problem, but YMMV depending on who you run into. When I bought Zodiac (HD-DVD) a while ago at BB, the hubs were shattered and the discs were sliding around. With the receipt, the CS associate was fine with me replacing it for a new copy in store.

My wife just replaced a Blu-ray at Best Buy. The hinge of the tray that holds an extra disc was broken. No problem if you have a receipt and want to exchange for the same item.
