I recently bought the Leave it to Beaver complete series from B & N and when I opened it I found that I was missing the season 3 episode guide booklet included with each season. I emailed Shout Factory about it and in less than a week I had my season 3 booklet Fed-Ex-ed to my front door! I let them know that I felt this was outstanding customer service and that they were a great, albeit small, company and thanked them. I look forward to their future releases and hope they continue to grow and offer more great titles as they have been-
