Return of Blockbuster Free In-Store Exchange?
 

I am on the $8.99 one at a time, mail only plan. Today I returned my mailer in the store and was going to pay the $1.99 to pick-up an in-store title, and the system let me have the checked out movie for free and just counted against my queue. I thought this benefit expired a few months ago. Online there is no mention of this continuing. Anyone else know?

Does your "My Account" info show anything about in store exchanges?

Maybe you can email BBO and asked them if they are continuing the "free" exchange.

This is what it says: BLOCKBUSTER By Mail $8.99 / month (plus taxes)
1 at-a-time, Unlimited mailings

I'm thinking maybe BBO have extended it.

Maybe if you have to do another in store exchange and don't mind $1.99 and it is still free during your next billing period, I would say it is an unadvertised benefit. Either that or a glitch in the system. LOL.

I have the same plan. I should have a movie waiting for me at home today, so maybe I'll give this a shot tonight.

Just exchanged another for Free. Got home and had this in my e-mail:

"Thank you for exchanging your BLOCKBUSTER® By-Mail rental for a free rental from your BLOCKBUSTER® store. Free in-store exchanges are one of the many benefits of your subscription.

Once you return your store rental, we'll send you another rental from your Queue as soon as possible, according to your rental plan."

Is there a chance they never deactivated it since the free couple months they had during Christmas?
