WBArchive order problems
 
Have other encountered similar problems with orders from WBArchives? Neither of my last two orders shipped in spite of charges placed against my card. Most recenltly I placed an order on Feb. 3 to be shipped 2nd Day Air. On Feb. 9 I rec'd a notice that it had shipped but no tracking number was given. I began calling on Feb. 15 and was told they had no record of a tracking number and would get back to me. They didn't When I called again today they still had no record. They said they would reship. Since this is the second srcrewed up order in a row I just asked for a refund. This was not in their realm of possibilities. I will now be contacting my charge card company.
There are lots of things that tempt me in the WBArchive catalog but doing business with them is not worth the frustration.

I ordered once from them but mine were shipped free and it was standard shipping which took about 5 days or so to get to me. It also stated that it would take them about 5-7 or so to manufacture the discs.
Sorry to hear about your problem but why do you pay extra for 2 day shipping when it already takes almost a week before items can be shipped out to you?

I wouldn't have paid for 2nd day air but it was a free 2nd day shipping offer. Ground or air they have NO record of a tracking number and still will not refund.

I've placed a couple orders from them with no problems. Sorry about your bad experience.

That's weird. I had a couple of cracked cases in my order of 5 movies and they gave me like a 5% or 10% credit for my troubles. Strange that you are having a hard time with them. Any 2nd day shipper uses tracking numbers. Don't give up until you get somebody on the phone that can help you.
