Amazon Returns - What would you do?

I got Mad About You S2 from amazon today. The box label was Amazon Returns Center. The set looks to be re-wrapped. Not Factory sealed deal.

What would you do? Has this happened before? I did buy brand new from amazon and not a "3rd party" merchant.

Probably used. I would just return it to amazon, and possibly find it somewhere else

Yea, I just got a dvd not too long ago during BF from amazon and on top of the case being damaged it was obvious it had been re-shrink wrapped... no security sticker but obvious residue leftover from one.

Had no problems getting a replacement and easy to return though. The new one came in good condition with security sticker and even another sticker advertising the set that my old one also did not have.

Thanks!

I never had this happen before and was kinda surprised by it.
