Anyone having issues with these guys?
I placed an order for some Criterion's back in November last year, and i have sent them multiple emails with regards to why they haven't shipped. I never received a response, and then a month or so ago, they send a mass email explaining that they were having some issues with the owner, but business was back to normal.
I have sent a few more emails, but nothing is getting responded to. Has anyone dealt with these guys recently, and got a response from them?

Do A search for the 2 or 3 Criterion's forum that they have going.
I seen/heard others talk about this problem with CriterionDVD.com before on one of these forums.
Also I would dispute transaction with your credit card company.
