Deepdiscountdvd.com - bad management?

I used to order from them alot with no problems at all. Now when I order from them it's nothing but problems (lies about when product shipped / horrible customer service / product coming broken/3 week shipping times). Did something change with them??

If they do have new management, it sounds like nothing has changed from when I last ordered from them a few years ago.
