Never recieved my amazon.com order
 
I think this is a problem with UPS, because I looked up the tracking number and it says my order was delivered two days ago. Only, it never was...

I tried to file a lost package claim on their site, but it tells me I need to know the address and phone number of the shipper...which is some Amazon warehouse!

So, I guess my question is, does anyone know how to contact UPS directly about this without filing a claim? Thanks.

Even if you contact UPS, they're just going to tell you to call amazon to contact them. I would think you're much better off emailing Amazon and tell them. Odds are they will immediatley ship you a new package.

Exactly what post #2 said. Contact Amazon and inform them of it. They'll look into it and most likely ship a replacement out right away.

Amazon will replace ASAP.

You may consider asking neighbors if they received your package, though.
