DVD Talk Forum - DVD Planet Drives Me Crazy

I just placed an order around 9:20 PM EDT on 8/8 and realized I made an error. Ok, so I call them as soon as they open today and they can't find the order even though I received an email confirmation and it shows up in my account.

Well...THEY can't find it.....they say it could take up to 24 hrs to show up. All I wanted to do was alter the order and they can't even do that. When I use up my frequent buyer points I think I'm done with them.

For the life of me, I don't know WHY in this day and age they can't have an online ordering system like DVD Empire or Amazon. Same for DeepDiscount. Ancient....
