They have the worst customer care service I've ever encountered.

I'm greatly disappointed. I'm having big problem with my order (they seem to not send 24CDs to me). I placed two customer cases using the form on their site but nobody seems to take care of them.... No one takes phone calls. Their mailbox is full of audio messages... They do not answering emails... They had better to hire more customer support stuff.
