I am looking for a dvd online store in korea that sells foreign movies

I would like to buy the movie Amelie for my friends birthday who lives in Korea, so my questions is : do anyone know an online dvd store in korea that sells Foreign movies ? and of course with the region code that will enable my friend to watch it in korea. I have googled high and low and just couldn't find it, whenever I found something it would be no shipping to korea even when I thought it would, because they sell it even with korean subtitles.
I would have bought one and send it over to korea but I live in Canada and the region codes just simply don't match. Please help!

Have you tried k2dvd or kimchidvd...they are both based in South Korea.

Right now the Korean version of the AMELIE DVD is out-of-stock at k2dvd, however I would still try e-mailing them to see if they can help you....their communication via e-mail is generally quite excellent. The DVD is in-stock at kimchidvd...if you need to contact them via e-mail, they are sometimes tough to reach.

Another option might be yesasia...a China-based seller of Korean releases...never tried to buy something and have it delivered to another country though....if you want to check directly, they are generally quite helpful if you call their customer service phone number.

If your friend has a blu-ray player, South Korea is Region A for blu-ray...the same as the U.S. and Canada (though the U.S. and Canada releases likely don't have Korean subtitles (if needed as an option))...there is too a South Korean blu-ray that you can get from the aforementioned sites (or ebay too).

I'd probably start by contacting k2dvd and seeing if they can help.
