Tracking a return at Amazon?
 

Is there any way to see the status of returned items at amazon.com? Using the UPS number, I know my items have arrived at their facility, but that's where my information ends. It's an HD-DVD player with several movies, so I'm anxious to get the refund and move on.

Not that I'm aware of, however, Amazon.com is outstanding at sending notification via email when your return has been processed.

I have returned some items over the years and this time of year is their busiest, so there may be a 2-3 day delay. They've always processed my returns well within 5 business days upon receipt at their return facility.

Yea. Amazon is great with returns. I have returned many a dvd and it's a pain free process. I'm sure they will get back to you soon enough.
