Yah, it's been 12 days. WTF. Do they ship the labels from India?

When I've called them for a return, I've received the label via printable e-mail link within an hour or so.

Yeah, well, asking for a label via email TAKES 12 days.

It sounds to me as if your request was never processed so I would try calling them (800 264-5076) at your next opportunity during normal business hours.
