FYE Question
 

I recently purchased Simpsons Seasons 1-10 at FYE. I checked my order today and it said the status is "On Hold". Does anyone know what this means? Sorry if this is not being asked on the right board.

I just ordered for the first time on FYE and i got the same "on hold" status message. I also got an email from them saying "For your safety, your order has been referred to Customer Service for verification."

WTF?!!! I don't have time to jump through hoops FYE. It's almost Christmas and i need this stuff. I have a feeling this was the first and last time i ever use FYE. I'll stick with Amazon.com

Mine ended up being because I misentered my billiing zip code. They will most likely call you to confirm your identity. I unfortunately don't regularly check my home phone messages and ended having my order cancelled before I realized what was going on. They could not honor the deal of the day anymore and I lost my rebates.

Thanx for answering. I better go recheck my info. Although i have read tons of bad stuff about FYE on the web.
