DVD Planet - Cancelations
 

Hi all
Just wondering if DVD Planet let you know if there is an issue with your credit card when they process your order, or do they try and if it fails then they cancel your order?

I really want to get some of the B1G1 free DVDs in the current deal, and I normally shop with Deep Discount, but after having a few of my backordered DVD's canceled this week because I didn't have enough credit on my card im a bit hesitant, espy if one ships and the other is backordered.

you are not charged until they ship your items, so you wouldn't know until they try to prepare your order for shipment.

If you have a credit casrd issue with Amazon, they let you know every 24 hours for about a week and let you sort it out. Deep Discount dont - if it fails they cancel the order.

Wondering how DVD Planet handles it..

DVDPLANET cancels the order.

Cheers, guess i'm going to stick with Amazon then. Least I know that I will get my order even if I have credit card issues.
