Has anybody had experience with ICE.com? What's the quality of the products like? Returns/customer service easy to deal with?

Their prices seem very good, but leave me wondering if something about them is too good.

Good question. Shipping and customer service would be pretty important on purchases such as that. I'm interersted to hear as well if anyone has used them. Also, any reports on quality of the merchandise.
