Need Some Help. Do you guys usually have trouble when you order DVD's online?

Hi everyone. I am fairly new to the DVD collecting game and have a few questions. Do you guys usually have trouble when you order DVD's online? I do. Most of the time, The discs come loose and the DVD movie is heavily scratched. Does this happen to you at all? I am asking because I am starting to get skeptical about the store I purchase from. I am starting to believe that the store is selling used DVD's and charging them as new. I am currently ordering DVD's from dvdpacific.com . With that said, What other stores do you guys recommend? any tips, input, advice appreciated. Thank you all very much. Hope to hear from you all soon.
Regards,
Chris

To the above I would have to add:
DVDEmpire.com
DVDPlanet.com
Bestprices.com
even Walmart.com (really looooong delivery times for me)
I've ordered from DVDPacific once or twice and that was about 2 years ago. They'll only sell factory security sealed cases as new but I do remember my snapper case of Bullitt did have a hub that was slightly broken which allowed the disc to slip off the hub and rattle around the case...a "floater". It had no scratches so I kept it. The worst thing about pacific is they always charge shipping and it's per disc count not per title.

I have ordered from dvdpacific before and not had a problem. It was awhile ago. IIRC it came quicker than expected and it was very nicely packed, no problems at all. In fact, what I had ordered was actually a price mistake on a Magnum set for like 17.99 and a couple of animated Godzilla's for 0.02 or 0.09 each.

Anyway I do not know if they have changed for the worse. My experience was great and I would order again if the prices weren't cheaper elsewhere for what I want.

You might consider overstock.com, I have ordered through out the years without complaints and some of the sites posted above are quite too.
