What concerns me is that I can't even find any reference to their point system anywhere on their help page anymore, which gives me little reason to do business with them, as most of the time the prices are a few cents cheaper at DeepDiscount (plus I want my unused $5 credit).

I just placed an order and if you have frequent buyer points, a drop down box appears and you apply the points. That simple.

usually when the site is down "for maintenance" etc..they may be adjusting prices they pay for dvds and eliminating titles they no longer want...and it also rarely goes back online for a long time(months) in past times it has been down. perhaps they are getting ready to release all the used titles they have been receiving over the many months
and will not take in more used dvds for awhile.

Late last night I moved 40 titles including 2 box sets (Harryhausen Giftset & Dirty Harry Series) from my Wishlists to My Cart. Made sure all were in stock. Total last night was $1061.87 and now just checking the total is - $1082.80.
I still have 15 titles in my wishlists that will be released on 11/11 & 11/18. The first order of 40 titles will cost me about $65 UPS 2nd Day Air to Hawaii, Standard Shipping is $41.60 and Free Economy Shipping (7-28 business days on average) is free. I'm guessing this would be Media Mail which is slow as hell to Hawaii.
If I stick to what I have in my cart and wishlists and after the 25% off and shipping.
I should still have about $400-$350 left in credit.
Two Titles (Mongol & Final Countdown) I had in my cart but moved to my wishlists because they are Out of Stock

I've been procrastinating for months now, been attempting to send in a box but all my quote times expired. Now I am finally ready to send in a quote I did on October 17th, with the quote machine down, will these still be accepted or what?

You indicated your quote time was expired but that you did a quote on October 17th. Each quote that is submitted is good for 30 days. So, it would still be good. I wouldn't send in a box to them with a quote that's more than 30 days old. I don't know if anyone's tried that, but I would guess it might rejected/returned, and you'd be out additional money/time.

I'm glad they're still processing them quickly, even though the quote machine has been down and the sale is getting ready to start. I sent off a box last week that was received Tuesday. Hopefully it won't be too much longer...

I can relate...Made my list at least but still took forever to get it out. Hopefully I'll get the credit before the sale.

I wonder if it's only gutted for the 25% off sale period. I just did a comparison to the rates on my last trade and every disk is about $2-3 less pay out. Wowza.
