Netflix Question

I live in an apartment and I had recently ordered some movies and I never got them. It showed that it was delivered. I have also not received a few mails. I belive that my mails are getting stolen. So now I want to know, if I sign up with netflix or Blockbuster and for some reason I do not recieve my movies although it will show on thier website as delivered or shipped, but it might get stolen. What happens if a movie never reaches you and get stolen?

This is th ebiggest reason I have not signed up yet

If they say a movie shipped and it didn't reach you after a certain amount of time, notify the company. They'll mark it up as being lost/stolen and resend it. However, if you repeatedly do this they may cancel your membership. If you really think your mail is being stolen, DVDs by mail may not be for you. Can you use a work mailing address instead?

If your mail is being stolen, I'd suggest renting a post office box.

Thanks guys for your advise. I will have to do something to make sure that my mails are not being stolen.

Off topic from the OP but I've got a Netflix question...
has anyone else noticed that the envelopes seem a bit flimsier? I received 5 titles today and of those 5, 3 of them wound up with the adhesive flap coming right off. :(

I haven't noticed a flimsier envelope but the service has it's slow days for me.
