Can I make this type of return? (Best Buy related)
 

I bought the Simpsons season 8 a few months back and its the non Maggie head. I wasnt ready to watch so I left it sealed incase I find the Maggie head... well I did yesterday at Best Buy. I want to buy it, and return my sealed copy of the non maggie head in its place for the full return... will this work? I hope so because its the only head I dont have!

You said it was "a few months ago", so I'd say no, since you're past the 30 day return period. You could try, though.

The UPC numbers aren't the same, so you can't just buy one and then take the other one back with that receipt. I have no clue how Best Buy is with their returns. You should wish that this was about Walmart. They'll take anything back without a receipt.

No, but you can still return the non head version at Worst Buy.

You all must have the worst Best Buy's around you. I just went to walmart, bought the Casion Royale with the cards and chip. Unfortunately they only had FS. So I bought it, then went to best buy and exchanged teh FS disc for a WS disc. No questions asked.

Well I havent tried it yet, but maybe I can just take my non head, said it was a gift and didnt get the recept and I wanted the head version, if I can just make an exchange.... hmmm

Yea, exchanges are easy. But returning something without a receipt and they treat you like a criminal.
