HermanStreet.com Feedback??

I already spoke with someone on the forum already but just wanted to see what others had to say. Have you had good or bad experiences with them? I ask because I placed a pretty large order with them on Thursday, card charged on Monday, yet no response regarding shipment. Their site states they charge when they ship. Phone contact is non-existant, only communcation is email. No response back yet. I am just looking for tracking information and a shipping update. I paid for Priority.

So, what are your experiences with them and your time table for receiving your goods (and where do you live compared to their Utah location?)
