Ever had a disc missing from a set? How did the exchange go?

Brought Batman Beyond today at Best Buy. Disc 3 of the 4 disc set is MIA

Will they give me trouble for this? Or gladly exchange it like they have done for everything else I've exchanged?

Anyone have experience with this with any retailer?

Most likely they'll just open up a new set and give you the missing disc. This has happened to me before (I got two Disc threes no disc four), and they were fine about it.

During the last DDD sale, I purchased the Bette Davis box set, and discovered that the 2-disc Whatever Happened to Baby Jane? only had one disc - the keepcase was only for a single disc, and all it contained was the special features disc. Quick call to DDD, and they shipped out a new complete box set, and when I received it, I sent the original set back.

It's one of the few problems I've ever had with DDD, and they corrected it as efficiently as any customer could ever want.
