only positive things for me also. i recently got a movie where the disc is off the hub and asked them to replace it and are going to send a replacement as soon as they get me the orginial back. good customer service when i've needed it.

It seems like the only time you will hear complaints is during the big 20% off sales, mostly due to DDD getting slammed with orders. As long as you are patient, everything works out in the end. :)

Maybe 40 orders over the years for me, and I give them an A+.

Great prices, good enough packing, and I've never had a delay.

Only one slight problem for me. I ordered the POTA head back when it hit $81. They said they shipped it, but I never got it. Instead of re-shipping it, they gave me my money back, even though they had them in stock (at a higher price).

Probably for the best, since I have most of the set, but I might try to talk with them and get that head for the $81.

And sometimes they give you this check in the mail and if you cash it, you're in a select club of theirs! It's awesome!

Yeah & then they start charging the credit card you used for your purchase... lol

I've made about 15 purchases & only recieved 1 $2 check which I promptly shredded since I read the fine print... $20 a month for $2, hell no. But I've saved alot on DVD purchases because of DDD. Only real complaint is free shipping seems to take 2 weeks to arrive, but it's hard to complain about free.

I use them on a fairly regular basis and have never had any problems.

Let's put it this way -- this month I ordered 24 movies from them for a total of about $95; last month I ordered six boxsets (25 films) for about $110. I've been ordering a $100 worth of movies from them pretty much every month this year, and averaging well under $10 per title.

My only complaint about DDD is that I never have money for new releases unless they're included in a sale.
