Problems Logging Into Deep discount DVD
 

I have been unable to getinto my DDD account. I put in my password and it takes it resets the screen but then its like I am still not logged in.

I tried clearing cookies and changing security to a lower setting and I still cant get in. I had no problem until a few days ago.

Anyone else having trouble? any suggestions? I emailed DDD and still have not heard back from them so thought I would see if anyone here had a clue?

I have had the sme thing occur to me. I login and the screen still has the login button seeming like I did not login.

Don't worry, atleast in my experience, you are logged in. Just add to your cart and you will see that you really are. Then the screen may show you are logged in andthen it may revert back to showing not logged in, but you really are. I have had this back-and-forth happen to me on several different occassions and my orders still went through.

that was weird I just checked and I was logged in again.

This probably isn't a time to be placing orders then. IIRC that is similar
(not loggin in or out correctly) to what was happening a year or two back
when others could see the private information on your account. It may
be nothing, but is it worth the risk?
