FYE.com Rebates - no UPC required?

I haven't done a FYE.com rebate in a while, and I just received My Name is Earl, Smallville S5, and Lost S2 last week. All have a $10 rebate.

Looking at the PDF rebate forms, nowhere does it say I have to include the UPC. Did FYE finally wise up to people hating to cut up their boxsets? Or is this a fluke of some sort?
I'm definitely not complaining...

FYE.com no longer requires upc codes... FYE the store still does... unfortunately, I sent 1 FYE.com rebate in the first week of June, and 2 FYE store ones the first week of August, and have received none of them back yet...

does it say they are received online? If things are the same as theyve been before, they are on parago rebates page - http://app.parago.com/promocenter/rebateshq/track.html

I actually just got an e-mail yestertday confirming that they received my Lost Season 2 submission. When I submitted the rebate, I included a note pointing out the fact that the rebate did not require the UPC. After receiving the confirmation e-mail last night, I checked the status at www.rebatetrack.com . Guess what-it said that it was invalid due to a missing UPC! I zipped them off an e-mail and am waiting for a reply.

They never e-mailed me back, but when I checked the status this morning, it now says that my rebate is valid and is scheduled for final processing. If the rebate is declared invalid, use their online contact form and tell them that the UPC wasn't required. Hopefully it will work out for you like it did for me.

I e-mailed them because it said my DH S2 rebate was invalid because the purchase date was after the cut-off and it was missing a UPC label, both were wrong. Hopefully it gets taken care of.

They did the same to me (missing UPC). They don't even read their own rebate forms or think that most poor schmoes won't bother to contest it.

I e-mailed them three times, received ZERO responses, and the rebate is still labeled as invalid.

have done FYE rebates many, many times, and today i got my first rejection....says my UPC is invalid. i submitted the yellow FYE sticker rather than the UPC itself, which is usually processed without incident. anybody else have this happen recently?
