Reward Zone Thank You?
 

I just received another Reward Zone certificate with a note attached that thanked me for being "one of our most valued and appreciated customers".

Then they added, "And what better way to say thanks than to present you with your latest reward certificates."

Excuse me, but my membership fee entitles me to this certificate since I spent $150 in merchandise for this $5 certificate.

So they are showing their appreciation for my business by sending me a coupon I am already entitled to.

It's almost like the Bureau of Motor Vehicles thanking me for my business by issuing me a Drivers License that I have applied for. :confused:

again, they are trying to take advantage of most consumers who wouldnt realize this. they think they are doing you a favor.

Well, they are probably updating their language for when the program changes in mid September. Since you're not paying for a membership in RZ then it will be a "thank you" for spending money in their store. :-/

Is this really the sort of thing you want to spend your time getting offended by?
