I made a post a few days ago related to an order placed with DeepDiscountDVD; Dave saw the post and responded.

The situation was immediately resolved. The order was processed, delivery was expedited, and all details related to the order were furnished to me; an outstanding example of great customer service. This is what makes a business successful and keeps a customer happy.

Although one could probably make the argument that you shouldn't have to resort to posting on a message board to get help. Is anyone at Infinity Resources actually managing DDD's outsourced customer sercice?
