Anyone had contact with inetdvd.com lately?
Ordered some dvd cases on 5/1 and on 5/8 my order status changed to "contact customer service". Have been trying for two weeks now to get a hold of someone. No answer to emails and only voicemail to leave a message whenever I tried to call. Tried to call again today and leave another message but all mailboxes are full. I've ordered from them before and they were slow but this is terrible. Just checking to see if anyone else is in this boat.
I guess I'll have to go back to paypal and file to get my money back.

I ordered something from them through Half.com on the 7th of this month. It supposedly shipped on the 10th but it has yet to arrive. I understand media mail is slow but it's getting kind of frustrating.

I have ordered from them in the past and always got the "contact customer service" and
of course no one was there when I called and they never returned calls..
I threated to contact thei AG of Minn where they are located. I got a few emails
from them and finally got my order 3 months later.. Never again..
