Two Disc Two's... Missing Disc One on TGTB&TU...
I Ordered a copy of The Good The Bad & The Ugly from Blockbuster.com last week. I had a $25 giftcard and had been meaning to pick this one up. It finally arrived today... and the title pretty much says it.
I've heard of people having this problem before... what do you guys think would be easier: returning to blockbuster.com or calling the studio for a replacement for Disc one? Any experience with this issue? |
Try contacting Blockbuster.com first through customer service. If they give you a phone number, call it. That usually works better then email for situations like this. I have had the same problem in the past with other online retailers and have had no problem getting a new set. Hope this helps.

This question is asked about every four days and the answer is always the same: It's easier and faster to deal with the retailer you bought the disc from.
