Haven't they been working on that for a while? I heard this about 3 months ago.

The lady at the CS desk at Sam's told me that Cosco had got their permit approved. She said they had some issues with the east end high brows fighting zoning and building design.

Congrats. You're going to love Costco and not just for DVDs. They have a lot of great deals on many different things and their return policy is second to none. They'll take back anything at anytime and for any reason. They will even give you a refund on opened DVDs.

When Costco first opened, you had to be self-employed or a teacher to get a membership. Now anyone can sign up for a membership. They do have different types of memberships. There's one where you can shop an hour earlier than a customer with a regular membership. There's another where you get a % of cash back on all of your purchases(I think that you have to do about $2000 worth of purchases in a year to break even on the up charge). I have the regular membership myself, but I probably should upgrade because I usually spend at least $2000 a year at Costco. Check out their website for more details-

Another great thing about Costco is when there's a mail-in rebate, you can do it online without having to mail in your receipt or butcher up the box for a UPC code.
