Best Buy RZ site problems?

Has anyone else had any problems accessing the Reward Zone website?

I enter in my membership number and passcode and then it takes me to another screen. The toip half has all the usual tabs and underneath a box says January totals and then a blank box. The bottom half of the page is completely blank.

I think you may be in the wrong forum...oh well...

I have had problems getting backed rewardzone points, but that is pretty much it for me. I had to call and have them clear up a few things.

Good Luck

It's working fine for me. But it's been 3 weeks since I reported missing points and they still haven't given me my points. Usually it takes less then a week, so I don't know what is going on.

Sounds like what happens when you link to the old site http://rewardzoneonline.bestbuy.com/index.jsp

Try http://rewardzoneonline.bestbuy.com/ instead.

They both go to the same place and both have a similar problem if you add index.jsp to the url.

I had the same problem. Over 30,000 points in my account for the past week and no new cert was processed. I went to my profile and re-selected the same cert denomination again. Next day the new cert was processed!
