An incident with Spun.com/USPS

I frequently purchase items from spun.com as they have been a very convenient way for me to get rid of a few hundred CDs that my Mom recently found in her attic. I put in an order for 2 CDs and The Simpsons Season 7. I received shipping confirmation for it on Dec. 9th, but did not receive it until the 24th. I figure it's just because of the holidays. But when I come home and see the package in front of my door, it's clear that the package has already been opened, whether intentionally or not, and was rubber-banded shut with only one CD inside. It seems to me that the package opened at some point while in transit, so it's clearly USPS at fault for that. But at the same time, the box is nowhere near large enough to accommodate The Simpsons box.

Anyway, I already have an e-mail in to Spun explaining that I only received one of the items. But does anyone have any recommendations for what else I could do? What are my chances of getting my other items?

If it were me, I wouldn't mess around. I'd give Spun a few days to clear up the problem on their end, then I'd challenge the charge.

If I worked for spun.com, I probably wouldn't create an account just to tell the OP to email customer service three weeks after he said he already did. rotfl

Spun.com's customer service has almost always been the best I've dealt with. Glad to see them pop up on here out of nowhere.
