DDD Backorder question
I oredered 4 copies of a movie in the b1g1f sale. They had been listed as on back order. I recieved an email today saying that 2 of them shipped. I was charged for both.
My question is will they ship the 2 on backorder and list them as free. Or have they been known to mess up and charge you again. I have never bought anything and had it on back order with them. Anyone had experience with this? |
Hope this helps, My B1G1F order was 7 charged and 7 free and shipped in four parts due to back ordering:
1: charge free charge free 2: charge charge 3: free charge free free charge free free 4: charge As of today I have only received order #1, but everything was billed to my card correctly. |
