Is DigitalEyes.net legitimate?
I am asking because they have DVD's that are way below the MSRP, and they have a few DVD's that I can't find anywhere else for cheap.
Anyways, are they legit? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. |
Digitaleyes is legit as I've bought from them several times. Ordering from canada can be a bit troublesome though because I get $20-30 slapped on with each of my order due to customs and gets held for an additional 2 weeks.
I've had a great experience with them till recently. http://forum.dvdtalk.com/showthread.php?t=447173 http://forum.dvdtalk.com/showthread.php?t=440450 They still haven't fixed this problem yet after 2 months :( |
Digital Eyes is owned by the same company that owns DDD.

I've bought several time form them and had no problems whatsoever. Be aware that there are usually some online coupons available for them as well.

Thanks a lot guys!
Also, Bonkit, it may be a crazy idea, but are you the one who posted the complaint about them on the Better Business Bureau website? Just curious... I just placed my first order with Digital Eyes. I purchased the Cannibal Holocaust 2-Disc 25th Anniversary Collector's Edition for $18.95, plus $5 for UPS 2-Day. Thanks again for your input guys! |
popcornbandit - nope, which complaint is this?
|
It was the only complaint they have against them. Something about customer service not returning their phone calls and e-mails. I was just wondering because it sounds similar to what you described.
|
nope, I just did a check on the bbb website. It doesn't really detail anything, but no that was not me.
I'm not sure if Mark hasn't been checking his mail, but I'll send digitaleyes another email today and see if they'll be able to resolve my issue once and for all. |
Heh...
Good luck! |
