When Is It?
One day only, starting Tuesday, November 8, 2005 between 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second on Tuesday, November 8, 2005) and ending that same day, Tuesday, November 8, 2005 at 23:59:59 PT(11:59 PM plus 59 seconds).
What are the fees?
Insertion fees for Fixed Price listings on eBay.com will be revised on the U.S. site www.eBay.com and Motors (non-vehicles only) www.eBayMotors.com as reflected in the fee table below. This includes listings created prior to the promotion and scheduled to start during the promotional period November 8, 2005.

What is excluded?
Auction-style listings, Auction-style listings with Buy it Now Listing Upgrade, eBay Motors vehicles listings, International, Live Auction, Professional Services, Ad Format, Real Estate and Store Inventory listings.
Business & Industrial categories. The following business and industrial categories are excluded from the 10 Cent Fixed Price Sale: tractors & farm machinery (91952), heavy equipment (25249), concession trailers, carts (67145), imaging and aesthetics equipment (92035), forklifts and other lifts (97185), manufacturing equipment (92080), metalworking equipment (92082) and commercial printing presses (26247).
The promotional rate does not apply to listings with a start date prior to November 8, 2005 - including those listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created on November 8, 2005 and scheduled to start after the promotion ends.
How do you get it?
You can list Fixed Price items through Sell Your Item Form, eBay Seller Tools, and most third-party tools.
