If you can wait almost a month until you get your package and don't care about getting feedback; charges high for shipping and does not send it in accordance to what you paid for. They charged me $5.XX; and it tooks several weeks and only spent less than $2.00 for postage. I bought one time and never again, but the product was as posted. Just my opinion.

I agree with Wingfan. I ordered from them, got stuck paying $15 shipping for a boxset, and still had to wait almost a month for it to arrive. All that and they didn't even bother to leave me feedback either.

I'd avoid them unless they have a product you absolutely positively can't find elsewhere.

how did you get stuck for what was charged for shipping?

wasnt the price posted in the auction and didnt you agree to that price when you bid on the auction?

Yes but they also quoted a 5 - 7 day, at most, time frame for delivery with no mention that the parcel would be shipped via uninsured Media Mail in a box with no packing material. which ended up taking nearly a month and a half to reach me after payment had been made (well over a week of simply "processing" time).

So, technically, instead of stuck I should've said screwed by way of grossly overpaying for horrid service.

Yeah, also, I wouldn't count on them having the item in stock if it's a tougher to find item. I tried to get something off of their "buy it now", and they told me they didn't have anymore - but were pretty friendly in CS responses when I cancelled. But still, ebay is for items that EXIST!

I bought twice, one via ebay and the other directly. It took about two weeks to arrive in Taiwan. Slightly cheaper than using DVDPacific. But DVDPacific doesn't carry all I want.
