Just FYI: my request for a firefly receipt is not illegal in any way. I just dont have mine, and BB wont exchange a defective disk because i dont have a receipt. I am not trying to get cash back or defraud them out of any money. I cant get them to look up the receipt because they wont look farther then 30 days ago and i know i bought the set at the beginning of summer. I just dont want to have to pay $7 to Fox for them to send me a new disc that Best Buy sold me and can easily just exchange and send back to the manufacturer. Sure i am to blame for not watching the set as soon as i got it, but i got busy and the scratch isnt until 8 hours into the set.
