Half.com Question
 

Hello. I ordered the 4th season of Seinfeld on half.com about early/midway through June. Beginning of July I doubt it is coming because nothing ever takes this long. So half.com gives you an 'arrival estimate' before you can make a claim and contact customer service. So I wait until that date July 5th, and filed that I never recieved the item and that the seller wont respond to emails. The seller is listed as 'on vacation' and is no longer a registered user. How much longer until half refunds me? I had a similar situation as a seller, the buyer never recieved the item, and half gave me like 5 days to prove it or they refunded, how come its taking so long?

Normally takes 30 - 35 days, I have had to do it a couple of times.
