Finally Best Buy Does Something "Nice"
 

I checked my mail and found what I thought was junk mail from Best Buy. I opened it and lo and behold it was a free 1 year renewal of my reward zone. Check your mail peoples!

I got mine with a letter for double reward zone points on the highest qualifying item of one purchase back in May. It was a nice surprise. :)

Yeah, I got mine a while ago as well.

It was also non-surprise that the bonus double points didn't post to my account like they were supposed to. I had to email them to complain, and now they're saying it's going to take 10 days to post (and then it'll take 2 weeks for them to actually email me my certificate...)

I emailed them and they posted them the same day and they showed up as "Customer Satisfaction" on my account history.

They aren't all bad. Occasionally you can find anime sets for over 80% off retail.

Got a free year and a double points coupon today as well. Sweet.

Check your points again carefully, the Father's Day 5,000 points promo is showing up as Negative 5,000 points in my pending section of my account!

I didn't get shit (although the cashier did remind me that I needed to renew soon).
