Check Your DeepDiscountDVD Orders
 

If you're one of those people that don't open a DVD until you watch it, doublecheck any DVDs you might have gotten recently from DeepDiscount.

I just got an order from them (9 movies) and one of the movies had been split open at the top and had the disc removed. Obviously there's a thief somewhere in their distribution chain. From the title that it happened to (an older catalog title) I'm guessing it's happening to a lot more movies too.

I've sent them an email and still waiting for a reply. This is just a heads up to anyone else who might be effected.

I know somebody who ordered a movie from DDDVD and it came like that, but the DVD was in there, just scratched up. We figured it was an employee switching out his personal defective DVD from his collection.

I just got an email back and they're sending a replacement disc. I figured they would do that, they're good about that kind of thing.

Check your orders from now on though!

Good to hear it's being resolved properly - just another example of why I have made them my primary source.
