DDD and Creative Design Arts Limited Editions...
In December I picked up the Gone with the wind Limited Edition Collectable for a friend of mine (planning to get myself one later) from DDD.
Here's a picture in case someone doesn't know what I mean yet:
Inside the 'box' came a booklet showing the others movie they had done. I really loved the way the box was laid out and the extras, especially for the price DDD was carrying it...should have picked it up then. It's not there now at DDD, and I assume they may have sold out?
But my main question is that when you click on their 'DVD blowout' sale, FOUR more of these Limited Edition types are on sale, saying 'while limited supplies' last. For Casablanca, The Exorcist (which I didnt know had one, BTW), Twister, and Dirty Dozen.
Since they haven't gotten in more Gone with the Winds, and are getting rid of these in a bundle cheaply, does this mean they're clearing them out for good? Anyoen know about these, and also a good reliable source to get them if DDD goes this route?

As far as I know, The Exorcist is OOP. I know that the price they are charging is pretty damn good. Needless to say, I had to get a copy of The Exorcist. Thanks for the heads up

DDD is Deep Discount DVD (www.deepdiscountdvd.com)
I know, they're selling for 31 a piece. Amazon still has most of them in but for over 70. The Exorcist for Amazon is 196 or something like that used, so I found the deals outrageously cheap. Almost picked up the Exorcist but decided to hold off - may regret this later. Did pick up The Dirty Dozen and Casablanca though.
Not sure why stores would be getting rid of these - I would think they'd look pretty attractive to buyers. Hope DDD isn't starting some sort of policy of not carrying them. I really would have liked to get Gone with the Wind for so cheap

I checked Amazon to see if they had the same set, because they usually give more details, but I didnt find it there, so they may not carry it at that store.

Somebody is selling the exorcist dvd set on Ebay and bidding is only 15 dollars currently. This is not my auction. I was able to get one earlier this year. If anyone is interested. I just used search words. "Exorcist Linda Blair DVD"
