Anchor Bay customer service??

I called their customer service number and was put on hold for around 20+ minutes with no answer. Has anyone else had problems with their customer service? I am trying to get my Opera (Dario Argento) DVD replaced because it is one of the defective copies.

I went back thru some old messages about defective Dvd's from Anchor Bay and found this:

http://www.theregangroup.com/pages/dvdhelp.php

Not sure if it is still valid since I think Anchor Bay was sold or something in last year. But the link still works.

Thanks! I typed in the DVD info and it automatically took me to the Opera replacement disc page. Another member on these forums showed me that page a couple days ago, but I want to make sure the replacements are still going on before I send out my DVD.

I filled out the form in June of last year.
Sent in my defective disc to the LA address.
I never recieved my replacement.
The email address kept bouncing back.
After about 2 1/2 months.
I finally sent my empty case and a letter
to anchor bay back east. They came thru
after several phone calls.

Funny thing is. Sometimes they are real
good about replacements and other times not.
