New Netflix Envelope?
Today I got a new movie from netflix but I'm not sure if I got a "defective" envelope or they have a new system of processing returns. Usually there would be barcode above the address on the shipping label back. The barcode (EX: H######### - C#######), I'm guessing is the customer identification number so they'd know who returned to movie. The problem with the movie I got today is that it has no barcode above the address. There is a new modification to the envelope though. There's a slit through the envelope that shows out the barcode on the movie sleeve. I'm guessing this might be a new way of processing returns if each barcode on each sleeve for a movie is unique. The problem I can see with this though is if somebody loses a sleeve, there's no way to verify a return. Anyway, anybody else get these different envelopes? I don't want to wait an hour on hold or whatever with customer service trying to straighten this out.
