looking for a new CC...what cards don't have a foreign currency finance charge?
I just recived notice that my Citibank card is going to be adding a foreign currency finance charge of 3.0% on every charge made outside the US. since I have begun to purchase more other region dvds this is no good for me. what are some good CCs that don't include this charge?

ok, now my backup card(Capital One) is beginning to charge the 3% currency charge too. with paying the already higher prices of non R1 discs I really don't want to pay an additional 3% on each order. any idea if the amazon.com CC charges these fees?

I just realized my Amazon.com card will begin charging the 3% currency fee as well. I guess this means no more Amazon UK orders with that card. I'll have to double check my Capital One card since I had the 2 cardmember agreement forms mixed up.

my walmart visa & citibank don't have that fee..
try calling them up & telling them you want to cancel your credit card because of that fee.. chances are they'll wave your account fee's
