BB return with rewards zone cert.
I purchased combined $100 worth of video games and dvd's from besbuy. I used 2 $5 reward's zone certificates on the purchase. I need to return one of the dvd's and I saw on the receipt they take a dollar amount off each item for the rewards zone certificates. When I return one of the items do they just give you credit for the price of the item? I am assuming I won't lose the money from the rewards zone certificate that they took off the item I am returning?

The rewards amount for that item is returned also.

You may be able to convince a mgr to do something about that but I wouldn't bank on it. When using rewards certs make sure you use it on something that you definitely won't return. You could always break up your purchases onto separate transactions so you could choose which ones you want to use the rewards certs on (I do this a lot). |

Maybe I am reading this wrong, but doesn't this mean they will give me credit for the price of the movie along with the amount they took off the item for the certificate? |
When I did my return via using the Best Buy credit card, I was refunded the amount of the item plus the rewards card amount too.
