DeepDiscountDVD - selling used as new?

Have any of you ever gotten an order from DeepDiscountDVD and have the DVD look obviously used and abused yet still in shrinkwrapping out of the box?

I just got my order today, and the dvd was in a weird shrinkwrapping, much thicker and more brittle than regular shrinkwrapping. The edges where the shrinkwrapping are sealed are bigger chunks of shinkwrapping that have melted all weird, and the DVD slipcase looks used.

It is easy to tell because the DVD is a superbit and the slipcase is silver, so wear marks, and scratches show up easily...
Do they sell used dvds or something? I have a feeling some customer re-sealed one of their used DVDs and returned it to DDD for a fresh copy, and DDD, seeing that the return was still sealed, put it back into their inventory for sale with their other new copies...

Was there any security tape on the DVD case? I would be more suspicious of the DVD being used if the tape were missing. But I have purchased DVDs with shrinkwrapping like you described that were obviously new.
